Famous for the copper handicraft, it preserves an interesting historic centre.

The parish church of St. Mary la Nova with its splendid octagonal cusp-shaped bell tower is its most significant monument. Just four kilometres away from the centre, you can find the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Arco, a destination every year on Easter Monday of the traditional and controversial pilgrimage of the Fujenti, which collects thousands of worshippers from all over Campania. There are also numerous testimonies of ancient farms near the village.
